Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply to any messages you send or receive. The Chiropractic Place is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider.

To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from The Chiropractic Place unless you re-subscribe. You may also contact us directly to opt out. Appointments can be scheduled via phone or our website. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved insurance plans. It is your responsibility to confirm insurance coverage and benefits prior to your appointment.
